I am into very detailed history about the Revolutionary period and enjoy topics concerning evolution, paleontology, history of math and once in a while a physics problem or two (my degrees were in physics and math). I really gain a lot of vocabulary from reading history books, especially Issacson's biography on Benjamin Franklin.
