For the first half of my career I managed small manufacturing companies and, for the second half, coached executives in career transition. Now in retirement, I continue to coach Baby Bloomer professionals in their transition to the third phase of life. Since the word 'Retirement' is rejected as an unpopular misnomer, I use 'Playing the Back Nine' to give an upbeat sense to this life planning work.
