I daily awaken to the grand adventure of teaching English to speakers of other languages. Vocabulary is paramount in this undertaking, so here I am.
I can also be described as a quirky punmaster, lover of NPR, wife, daughter, and all around mess.
My Word Lists
I read this in a book recently, and I love the connection between the technical/archaelogical definition and the fun definition: "The teacher, in antediluvial style, insisted on using the overhead projector and Vis-a-Vis pens."
Least Favorite Word:
I don't really have anything against the word itself, but it is too often used incorrectly: things cannot be really unique or most unique.
