preconceived notion
This really depicts racism: My boss was unable to spell a word. . I had looked it up and knew the correct spelling. She asked a Doctor and a Nurse neither of which knew how how to spell the word. She posted her advertisement with the mispelled word rather than listen to me. This is racism. The attitude depicted basically shows the mentality of Lower class in humanity: rather than accept the correct spelling from someone of color, she preferred looking unprofessional and rather stupid
