I am a female college student from the East Coast. I speak English, French, Spanish, German, and Chinese. My favorite is probably French, though English is my native and I love how flexible it can be. I'm also interested in linguistics and in writing, though so far all I write is Harry Potter fanfiction. Like the skin of an elephant. I looked up 'callous' and it gave this as a synonym. I'd never heard the word before and I think the concept of 'elephant' as an adjective is fantastic. I love the flexibility of English. :-)

Least Favorite Word:

vomit
Wow it's even worse with the visual thesaurus. Words like 'vomit' or 'hurl' cause a real visceral response for me.
