A farm kid from Smallville, Kansas migrated out west to find a family, but found so much more. My life has taken me on an amazing adventure throughout the military bases of the contiguous United States; the Copper Canyons of Mexico; the jungles of Latin America; the glacial fjords of Alaska and the rocky railways in between; a Seattleite transplant; helped to rebuild New Orleans post Katrina; created a small, somewhat successful, business; shed the schakeles of my inner fat kid; became a nurse and family man.

My life goal is to leave a generation of good-willed Elliott's to continue the calling of reflexive philanthropy and an uncompromising, filterless, and unwavering desire to help people help themselves.
