strategic
Because it represents HOPE in action, always seeking to reach a goal or get the job done. This word also reminds me that if I do not 'see' solution, or don't know the 'answer' to a problem DOES NOT MEAN THERE IS NO ANSWER OR SOLUTION, it just means that I don't have it yet, and I may need others' assistance.

unforgiving
If failures and mistakes are part of life experience, then I need to be forgiving, starting with myself. Being forgiving of others shows respect, preserves dignity and uplifts the spirit. Being unforgiving, to myself and others, would do more damage to me than anyone else. It would poison one's existance and deprive us of the full joy of life.
