myriad
because nobody EVER seems to use it properly (they always want to put "A" in front of it). It is NOT a synonym for "plethora" ..it's more like a synonym for "various" ...you wouldn't say "I have a various items in my bag." Gar. Drives me almost as nuts as using "impact" as a verb.
