About Me
I'm the author of one memoir in the process of finishing a second one which has been a long time coming. In 2006, I earned an MFA from Lesley University in the hope that my thesis would be a saleable manuscript but, sad to say, it was just a thesis so I'm still plugging away.

In addition to my daily word, I feel nurtured by the larger VT community. Every Tuesday Daphne Gray-Grant's column comes into my email and each time it does, she reminds how much one can say in 750 words.

This word names my greatest gift. My ability to imagine myself out of bad situations has allowed me to escape many of them.
