About Me
I am a retired telephone operator, which allows me more time for my passion for art and writing.
At age fifty-five, I earned my BFA from Eastern Michigan University. I started attending writing workshops at Oakwood Hospital in Dearborn, MI.I have been published in several issues of Poetic Resonance Imaging and have one poem in Paterson Literary Review issue 37 2009-2010. I love words. Words often inspire my paintings.

"I am part of all that I have met; Yet all experience is an arch wherethrough Gleams that untraveled world, whose margin fades For ever and for ever when I move. How dull it is to pause, to make an end, To rust unburnished, not to shine in use!"
- Alfred Tennyson in poem "Ulysses"
