In order to troubleshoot many problems with the online edition, it is necessary to determine what version of Java you have installed. This article shows you what version of Java you have on your computer.

In the space below, you should see a pink box with the version of Java you are running. If you do not have Java, or there is a problem with your Java Installation, you will see a grey box.

If you do not see a pink box above, you can install the Java Virtual Machine from Sun Microsystems (which includes the Java Plugin). Click here to install the Java Plugin, or visit http://www.java.com/ to learn more about the Java Plugin.
