There should be another one for "jobicide": the act of killing a job, aka 'downsizing', 'rightsizing', etc.

If you add jobicide - another similar word should be added about mergers and their impact on jobs. Mergicide - merging two or more firms in order to enrich the CEOs and eliminate/kill hundreds of other jobs.
