isn't "bouillon" supposed to be pronounced "boo yon" as opposed to "bullion" being pronounced "bull yun"? I don't think they're true homonyms.....

Seder ISN'T pronounced like Cedar. It's pronounced Say-der, so those two aren't homophones.
