Gauge Your District's Vocab Growth with Our New Administrator Dashboard
Recently we announced a powerful new Teacher Dashboard that gives educators a comprehensive look at exactly how their students are doing in their progress toward vocabulary mastery. Now administrators have a dashboard of their own, with the ability to see how Vocabulary.com is helping teachers and students, allowing them to recognize the efforts of their district's top performers.
As with the Teacher Dashboard, the new Adminstrator Dashboard is available for schools that have signed up for the Vocabulary.com Educator Edition. From the account of any administrator or power user, simply click on "My Account" in the top right corner and you'll now see a tab for "Schools & Teachers." Selecting that tab will immediately give you an overall view of all participating schools in your school district, showing the top teachers and top students overall.
You can tailor that view for any date range of your choosing, and you can also select whatever metric you'd like (questions answered, words mastered, hours spent, or points) as a way to sort teachers or students.
If you select a particular school by clicking on its name, you can drill down to see the achievements at that particular school.
Again, this view is completely customizable, so if you're interested in seeing which students have mastered the most words or scored the most points at the school in the past week, you can find out that information with just a few clicks.
Finally, you can view the progress of any class by selecting the name of the class.
With this new dashboard, administrators can appreciate the difference that Vocabulary.com is making at their school or school district, with an intuitive and transparent display of useful data. We hope that this lets schools reward the students and teachers who put the most effort into making Vocabulary.com work for them.
And if you are a teacher or administrator who would like to try out the Educator Edition for your school or district, all you need to do is sign up for a free trial. You'll see just how these dashboards can help put students on the path to vocabulary mastery.
