Favorite Word:

The word and kanji for "dream" in Japanese is "yume." Meditating on the kanji reminds me of the importance of working towards making dreams a reality, with the caveat that some dreams are an illusion. One can attempt to identify an illusion in retrospect, and learn from the experience. This can be a long, frustrating, and at times, painful path. I've found that mindfulness and focusing on the moment and its context can help separate illusions from dreams worth pursuing.

Specifically "learnings." Is it even a real word? No. Example of totally overused business buzzspeak. Seriously.
