About Me
I am deeply committed to the vision that public schools will prepare all students, regardless of socio-economic status or home-language, to graduate from high school prepared to excel in college and career. As a consultant, I make this vision a reality for schools by transforming research into site-based action.

In my life work I . . .

Provide interactive trainings, demonstration lessons and instructional coaching. Train and support administrators in establishing systems that ensure on-going professional growth. Author and advise on curricula for publishers including Scholastic, Longman, and Oxford University Press.

My other language loves are: creative writing, slam poetry, Spanish, and Mandarin Chinese.
