I survived abusive, thoughtless parents; moved to Oregon, did a four year hitch in the United States Navy, honorably discharged, could not find work; so I hitch hiked from Arkansas to California where I worked and attended university to study science and the Industrial Arts. Then something magical happened; I was realigned with the universe when I read the works of Ayn Rand; Atlas Shrugged, The Fountainhead and her Philosophy. I enjoy history, especially of people and cultures since the Agricultural Revolution. I'm morally ambitious, and loath anti-self Collectivism, and man-hating religions. One tries to convince us that we are servants, and the other tries to convince us that we are evil. Both see us as misfits in the Universe and their job is to fix us, and then to create a world without sin, i.e. a world without selfishness. Self is the part of us that collectivism, religions and most social systems refuse to tolerate.
