About Me
"All I am and ever hope to be, I owe to my darling mother." These words by Abraham Lincoln, which actually referred to his stepmother, perfectly describe the debt I owe to my mother, especially in the fields of literature, writing, and vocal music (although my Dad also contributed to all three whenever he had the opportunity, and both of them contributed the genes that made me healthy and wise, and even a little wealthy).

I think what a person believes goes a long way toward defining that person. I believe strongly in a number of things that I'm not yet ready to list.

Least Favorite Word:

I don't think I ever used this word as a child or young adult, and it still offends me when I hear adults, including myself, use it.
