About Me
I absolutely enjoy exploring word relationships and meanings! Currently, I'm servicing students in grades K-5 with Reading and Math interventions and attending graduate school for a new endorsement. I chose to subscribe to this online thesaurus to expand my own personal vocabulary, as well as, look for new ways to assist my students as they develop their vocabularies. It has been said that experience is the best teacher so I hope this experience will teach me to become a lifetime explorer working with words and, by example, instill that hunger and thirst for knowledge in my students.

Favorite Word:

Ethically speaking, freedom from pride and arrogance; humbleness of mind; a modest estimate of one's own work. This is my favorite word because it reminds me to always be grateful for the many blessings God has bestowed upon my life, and it teaches me to esteem others greater than myself.

Least Favorite Word:

It is a contemptuous term used to refer to a black or dark-skinned person or any racial or ethnic origin regarded as contemptible, inferior, ignorant, etc. This is my least favorite word because it means any person of racial or ethnic origin is considered and looked upon as ignorant and inferior.
