I teach science (and a few other courses) for at-risk, expelled students in the Kenosha Unified School District #1. I love learning about words, and I work hard to impress their value upon my students. This is not only in reference to learning science, which many agree is like a language unto itself, but also to understanding more about our language and its relationship to our culture.
