For grade 7 students to learn the importance of vocabulary, grammar, and spelling is a verry progressve practice for thier future and wellbeing. Im exited about this and very impressed. Keep it up young wemen and men. I never got the chance to because of undiagnosed learning disability, add which i find to be a gift not a curse. Also because i was afraid to sit in the front of the classroom, and didn't want to draw attention to myself bc i was "fat". I also didn't get glasses like i should have, and i was embarresed. It led to a mental abd phisical disease that put me out of high school half way through my sophmore year. Dont let people tell you what you are, and be exited about learning and you will find that knowlage is nothind without intellagence and everybody is intellagent in thier own way, so brauden it with knowlage and i guarentee that nothing will hold you back.

Hi.Gary,
I praise you for your humility and encouragement of the young people.
You bring to mind a quotation by R.W.Emerson.
"EVERY MAN I MEET IS IN SOMEWAY MY SUPERIOR"
Thank you for reminding me.

Hi, I'm brand new here today because I'm seeking a known word
I cannot find. It's an uncommon and newer word I first saw in The New York Times months ago. I googled it, found it just what I wanted, then foolishly let it slip on by.
Basically it's a modern antonym to the word 'mentor'. Its definition implied an equal follower of a mentor. TNYT used it
in a business setting. Considering the growing understanding
of the concept of mentoring in our culture, I feel it's a
word whose time has come. Any help most appreciated, Dave W
